"I had an exceptional experience with Byron when he came to service my samsung refrigerator. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully explain the issues and answer all my questions, making sure I understood every part of the process. Byron worked efficiently, yet with attention to detail, ensuring everything was in perfect working order before making a decision on what was my issue. Not only did he solve the problem, he left us very confident in his diagnosis. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely caring about the quality of their work. Rude technician
Roberto only called and never came by. After speaking with him he asked if the electrician was certified, because he should know why the oven is not working. Per the electrician the oven is running off 110volts which is normal for a gas oven. The electrician knows, if the oven is electrical it would take 240 volts Roberto rudely interrupted me, telling me to listen to him. Do not send this person to fix anything for our household. He even sent 2 text insisting and attacking the electrician's knowledge. I don't need to be stressed by the technician. The electrician asked that we ensure the oven is gas or electric due to 110 volts is for gas. We've had our oven for awhile. but unsure if is gas or electric.
