Friendly service
The technician is very friendly and courteous. However he could only work on thermostat while I have problem with AC system. He was not certified to check beyond thermostat such as capacitor, coil or refrigerant. I wonder why Sears did not send a technician who can work on the entire AC system, not just thermostat.

Byron arrived ahead of schedule, with his toolbox in his hand, an extended hand to shake my hand and was wearing a smile. I was very impressed with the way he represented himself and his company.
