Diagnosis
Basically over charged on ever aspect of this service. Quick way to get a service fee. Nothing was taken apart. Just looked at it and pressed the on button. Way too expensive for a repair.

He was a very polite man but I don't think he knew what he was doing he never even turned my stove on to see what it was doing to make sure it was working properly or not he did absolutely nothing except to make sure there was nothing wrong with the wiring! It was a wasted trip here and a waste of my time to sit here all day and wait on him I'm not very satisfied at all!

Guessing?
He was nice but was here only five minutes. Came in with no tools. Did not take back off washer or anything. Just said motor bad.

Awful!
This company has no called, no showed me twice. When I call to find out why and what the problem is, all I get is recording and then hung up on. I wouldn't rate this a 1 star. I have been without a fridge & freezer for 3 weeks now.

He was not interested in making sure it worked.....changed the house and left. It STILL DOES NOT WORK!!!!
