Great service
Everything was great except didn't take old compressor. That may be Sears policy but all other aspects were great.

Washer repair
Not sure if completely repaired. The washer itself was sitting unlevel, which caused the basket to hit the side of the washer and cause the loud noise. Ran a load last night and did hear a noise similar to one we contacted to be checked out. Will run some loads today.

No Communication - Poor service
Our fridge completely stopped working on Aug 23. Best Buy subbed our warranty claim out to Sears. There has been terrible communication from both. This tech came and looked at the fridge, said he needed to order parts, couldn't tell me when he was coming back. Came back 8 days later to install the part he ordered and that he said would fix the fridge, but he failed to fix the fridge. He ordered more parts, no communication on when he would return. Best Buy finally agreed to replace the fridge last week. We've now been without a working fridge for over a month. There were also 2 no-show appointments due to mistakes and lack of communication from Sears and Best Buy. Overall terrible experience.

Unable to perform repairs.
Highly disappointed with the service provided, as it was totally useless. "Technician Comments Sealed system failure,internal tubing restricted,non repairable.pd " So, either Gary is totally incompetent, or my Kenmore Elite 795.71323.413 refrigerator was a total waste of money. It is 5 years old.

Slow to Repair
Kevin came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Then our appointments were cancelled three times, a couple of times the day of the appt. He was great! Kenneth came out today on the fourth appt and completed the work within 30 minutes. He was great! I'm giving you one star due to the cancellations with no notice and the wait from Aug 3rd until today the 18th of Aug.
