Great Service
Eric called before he arrived to give me time to get home from the office. Explained everything that had to be done, the amount of time it was going to take and started right away. He was very personable and we had some great conversations during his time repairing our refrigerator. He left the kitchen just as he found it. Very pleased with his work, and I learned some things about refrigeration while he was there.

Sears Dishwasher Service/Repair.
Eric called before arriving. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Eric checked common causes for the malfunction but unable to determine since the dishwasher actually worked while he was there and has continued to work, since. He made a consultation call, speculated possible causes, and provided options. I will call Sears again if dishwasher quits working, again. Thanks.
