My service tech Frank was the most professional knowledgeable person I have ever had to deal with. Took the time to explain everything that caused the issue and how to prevent it again. Even though the problem wasn't the Applicance itself but the electrical outlet after all! Got me set up on warranty to cover all my appliances and saved me even more money. Now if the phone system could be updated to give you the same straight forward choices the service process it would be perfect.
