Zakary
He was very professional, polite and explained every step he was about to do. After he found what the problem was. Zakary told me how much it would cost and if he should continue or come back another time. I decided to fix it now. He had everything with him and repaired the washer quickly. He is absolutely the best. Thank you!

Great service
After receiving a text they were on their way, they arrived promptly and got straight to work determining the issue with my dryer. They determined a short in the wiring that could be easily fixed rather than installing a replacement board that works have cost a lot more. I really appreciated the honest assessment and more cost-saving resolution! I have always trusted Sears with repairs.

Samsung washer
Thomas was very kind and polite. Took time to listen and troubleshoot the problem. Unfortunately, he could not repair it as the warranty company decided that it would be more cost effective to replace it.
