Knowledgeable service tech
The service tech was on time and began the repair. He was polite and courteous. Very knowledgeable about the repair when questioned. After completing the repair, he made sure appliance was working properly. He then cleaned the service area. I would certainly recommend this service tech.

Dryer parts replaced.
Zakary arrived around 2:00pm and got right to work in the dryer. I went downstairs to check on him and he had the dryer pieces in the hallway. He said he had to to get to the place where he could replace the part(s). He was courteous and my dryer is working great now!
