Technician
He was informative. Kind of not friendly at first. Just hoping this doesn't cost me almost as much as buying a new appliance. I don't know about how they work,. Just fix the problem at a reasonable price. .Give a reasonable time frame. I work nights. And the technician did this time.. Tell the customer we'll be there between 8 and 12 or 12 to 5.

I am very disappointed the service I'm getting I feel that I'm getting the run around not sending out the right people and it's the 3rd time with choice warranty

not fixed
My washer still won't drain at the end of the cycle and my dryer takes running it 2 times for it to get clothes dry. He said nothing was wrong with either. I was unhappy with his service.

Dishwasher still leaks
Dishwasher still leaks right after he left and we couldn't get a hold of anyone to get him turned around.
