Rufus arrived earlier than he said, introduced himself, and immediately went to work. He had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes. Went out to his truck, got the necessary part, went over the estimate and had it installed and had the oven working properly in 20 minutes. A job well done, Mr. King.
