Absolutely garbage! The repair number is only an automated message and you can’t talk to a person at all! I have been waiting 3 weeks for a repair! Have been rescheduled 4 times! Instead of putting me first thing the next morning I’m put off till the next week.

The repair techs are amazing. But the system they have to use to schedule repairs only does 8 hour windows. And when parts have to be ordered they may or may not be logged in the system correctly. If they aren’t entered the tech will just not show up because they have not “ received the part”.

Service technician said I would get an email in 4-6 hours after he left regarding the replacement of my refrigerator. NO SUCH EMAIL!!
