EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
Kamal provided us with professionalism, knowledge, and timely and effective service. I would love to extend my warrantees due to the very capable service that we received. Our washer and dryer are functioning perfectly now. I would recommend Sears Home Services to anyone wanting to take the worry and guess work out of appliance maintenance.

Isaiah was very helpful and provided us with all the information that he could about our repair. He kept his work area clean and was very respectful and professional . I only wish that he could have given us a date of when our replacement microwave will be delivered. Overall i have to say he was great with working for us !

Trenton was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. I would have scheduled repair with Sears, but they wanted over $400 in labor for a 1-1/2 hour job.

Marshall was great. Was good seeing someone that knows the job well, works hard, and has a good sense of humor. He fixed my air in a short time and was nothing but professional. Hands down one off the best guys serviceman I've dealt with in a long time, and could also joke around with.
