Technician very nice but I still have the same problem with my dryer so it is not fixed yet.

Have never got a call or a knock on the door. I would say this is a no show and I took a whole day off work for this appointment.

Unhappy customer
I have had 2 of your techs. come to my home and it appears the first tech mis-diagnosed the problem. After wait ING 2 weeks for another appt. and the installation of the part I paid for, my fridge still doesn't work. Now I'll have to wait for a recall.
