Refrigerator not Cooling
I am pleased with the Sears Home Services. Mick actually called to confirm our appointment. He was prompt and explained what was going on with my refrigerator. He did not leave a mess and was in and out within a hour.

Went above and beyond for good service
Had a home warranty appointment for an AC problem, I was probably the last one on the daily schedule but over an hour away from where he was at time of call (around 4:50 pm of the 8-5 window). Since he couldn't reschedule, he managed to go out of his way to make it up to my house to quickly diagnose and fix the issue I was having. Haven't noticed a problem since.
