Service on lawn tractor
The last guy that was sent here couldn't find the problem and had to leave without fixing the issue. Matthew looked at it and after a little time he said" I see the problem ". I have now been using it the last couple hours without any issues. Matthew knew what he was doing and fixed it. Btw I have been without my tractor for about a month until he came.

Thorough and professional
My dishwasher is working for the first time in a year - he was on time, identified the problem quickly, and returned after a part had been ordered. Great communication and right on time for both visits. He even identified a possible issue down the line that I might want to speak to a plumber about to improve some water efficiency. Id absolutely request to have Brad come out to my house the next time I need repair work!

My Hero
Jacob is absolutely my hero!! I have hated this washer ever since it was delivered because it has given me so many problems. I explained all of them to Jacob and he took care of them...one by one. He actually recognized a problem with the tub that was due to a mfg oversight. Since he fixed that, my clothes wring out better and I do not have keep a layer of paper towels under the tub because it no longer "leaks". I used to have to stay close to the washer because when it spun, it had issues. That is no longer an issue. Again, Jacob is definitely my hero!!!!
