Prompt professional service
He called to let me know he would arrive abt 2pm which he did. Very good abt showing and telling me what he was doing. Ended up telling me Choice would not cover the expense to fix it because Samsung would repair the ice maker with no service charge. He took a picture of model, serial number and Samsung's phone number. He was efficient and friendly. I was very pleased with the service and with Jerome.
