Oven repair
Kim was great, couldn't ask for better. The Sears/Cynch Home Warranty and its people is another story. Rude, pass you from one person to the next, sit on the phone for hours waiting for help and information. Should never take 3 months to get something fixed. Just an overall unpleasant experience.

Ron is the best friendly,caring ,helpful but sears is lacking a lot have had them out numerous times in 5yrs replaced the same parts over and over refrigerator still freezes anything in Bach half . Ron ordered parts in October they were on back order in January sears cancelled the parts no reason no contact nothings. Wouldn't recommend sears but Ron is excellent best there is thankful for him
