A true professional Mark is with giving me a update, that his previous appointment running longer. He is also a active listener, a good attitude and logic. Really great communicator, besides all his expertise with my Whirlpool washer and dryer. He cleaned up after himself, was organized, and wore those shoe protector for my beige carpet. Outstanding!!!

Oven repair
My igniter went out on my oven. Henryk was very knowledgeable and efficient. He called if he could come early which was fine. He described in detail what the problem was and what he would do to fix it. He was in and out in 30 minutes. He also gave good conversation while working. Sears home service is a little pricy but he did give grade A service.
