Oscar provided great service. He was on time ( actually early) diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the repair options clearly. completed the repairs in a timely fashion and left the work area clean. He was also very personable and a pleasure to talk to

Stove circuit board
He was here less than 10minutes. I demand the service call not deducted from the $150 discount coupon! I told three people, on the phone, the issue was the circuit board. I gave the model number, took pictures. The technician should have received this information! Only a call, not service call, to tell me the part is not available! Also, the technician signed for me! I ask that the discount coupon go back to $150!

I sent all the information my Technician needed for his visit. Emptied the stuff off the top of the washer so it would be faster to move the washer. He had an idea of what might be wrong and he was correct. He was fast and efficient. He did an excellent job.
