Was able to get appointment online the very next day. Blake was prompt and diagnosed the freezer problem quickly. Once the parts were received just a few days later, my appointment was moved up. Blake again was prompt and did the repair within the time alloted. He was courteous and didn't waste any time. Freezer is working great! Thanks Blake!

Blake was super...diagnosed rapidly...but Sears itself with their timing, updates, etc. was dreadful...I had a 10 hour wait on Saturday and wasn't told there would be no one available til Monday.....u need to dump the robo technology and get back to basics!
