Juan was very good and explained everything, however, trying to get service from your customer service reps is a different story. I was to have a service tech come out on Tuesday, but Tuesday morning got an email that the appt was canceled and scheduled for the next day. This is not the first time this has happened. Your customer service is terrible, but your techs do a great job.
