Javier was very professional and very knowledgeable in repairing my Kenmore Dryer. My concern is with how Sears has No Live person to speak to? This needs to be changed. I used to work for Sears and have had a Maintaince Agreement for yrs. Javier was at my house 2wks prior he forgot one of his tools. There was No Live Person to contact to let Javier know about his tool. This needs to change!!

Tech vs Customer Service
The tech did a great job but trying to get info from Sears Home Service leaves a bad taste. We waited all day and was the last stop. 2 weeks ago we waited all day. When I finally was able to get to talk to a person was told no tech had been assigned. This company has the worse customer service. Can't fault the tech it's not his fault.
