The technicians and all personnel I interacted with exhibited exemplary performance. Their adeptness in diagnosing the issue promptly and efficiently sourcing the necessary parts for repair contributed significantly to my satisfaction. I cannot praise their professionalism enough. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the automated systems in place. Unlike the user-friendly AI automation designed to assist customers effectively, the current system requires navigating through numerous prompts before reaching a live representative. This experience gives the impression that the company may be prioritizing cost-cutting measures over providing adequate support. Particularly, the online chat feature was notably cumbersome, especially considering the prevalence of more streamlined approaches employed by other companies. While I remain highly impressed by the technicians' performance, warranting a 5-star rating, I believe there is room for improvement in the customer service automation processes. I hope the company will take this feedback into consideration to enhance the overall service experience.

Adam H. was the technician that came to do our annual appliance service. Let me just say that this young man was very thorough and so pleasant. He took the time to do a detailed check for each of our appliances. We have had this service agreement for many years and this was the most professional experience we have encountered.
