Anthony correctly identified why and where the water was leaking from within the humidifier and proceeded to correct the prior installation and stop the water leakage. He is very courteous and cleaned up the area when he finished. A 10+!

Wonderful Tech
Jorge was courteous, he found issue fast shoed me pics of the clog in the outside dryer vent, explained how to clean it. I would recommend service as it wasn't a ripoff and Jorge was wonderful.
