Nelzon is a great tech. Gets the job done, very helpful, communicates everything and very nice. Only want him and Alfonso on future repairs!!! These guys deserve a raise for awesome customer service, something Sears lacks these days unfortunately

Oscar was extremely competent and thorough. He identified the cause of the problem and explained what we can do to prevent future occurrences. He explained how my Sears Protect plan worked and how to add items to it. He is a credit to Sears! I'm glad he was the one sent to our house.
