Not very pleasant experience,your TECHNICIANS CANCELLED TWICE ON ME ,TAGGED AS NOT HOME ,or last minute suggests RESCHEDULE AGAIN ..very inconvenient n NOT PROFESSIONAL.. NO LIVE PERSON TO REACH ..you have to talk to a DUMMY A ROBOT .. This is very very FRUSTRATING..

Before appointment
When making the appointment I am afforded the opportunity to enter my product model number and serial number. I did do this. Ibrahim tested and determined which part is defective. Going online with Sears and another parts distributor he finds the model number has NO parts available. Diagnosing is great - yet NO ability to repair. Very frustrating. Who is supposed to verify the model number and ability to repair BEFORE the appointment?
