Proper scheduling etiquette
Terrell was excellent but the overall telephone customer service lacked professionalism in informing me about a service appointment when I had received parts quite some time ago.. When they saw that they dropped the ball they accelerated the follow up appointment by email and not the courtesy of a phone call. I was only notified 24 hr before appointment without seeing if it was an acceptable schedule for myself.
