Scheduling appointment through automation
This experience with phone scheduling was horrible. Never got to talk to a person and I got frustrated the phone system was very disappointing. I had to take my clothes to the laundromat b/c uniforms were needed. Today CJ represented Sears in an awesome way. Please work on that system. Check the phone log using my number to see why people get frustrated with this system.

I previously had really rough experiences with Service people from Sears. Specifically I have had workers who were not communicators or who didn't take the time to fully assess or problem solve. But Tanya put her heart and soul into the communication with us. She did an excellent job on the refrigerator and was able to quickly assess what we needed and how to make it happen. I 10 out of 10 recommend you promote her. She also did an amazing job training someone she brought with her with patience and care. After years of frustration with Service people, this by far has been my best experience with Sears.
