Knowledgeable
Cornelius was on time, effective and clean. Although my noisy refrigerator had stopped, I didn't want to cancel the appointment. Better safe than sorry. Cornelius explained why the noise was probably there a week ago. He gave me hints as to prolonging the life of my refrigerator which was helpful. I will recommend Sears to my neighbors and friends.

Monty is an EXPERT!
Monty was the 2nd service tech out after an initial misdiagnosis attributed to lack of experience. Monty correctly analyzed the appliance and immediately communicated all options for repair. Monty and I were on a scheduling cycle of schedules, reschedules, and cancels because the scheduling team was unable to consistently provide a HELPER with the stacked units. Monty helped to resolve the issue after a month of inconsistencies by the operations team. Scheduling team DO BETTER!! Whenever I have an appliance issue - I am going to personally request Monty or someone with his equivalent level of professional experience! Thanks Monty!!

Repair of my dryer
There are not many repair who seem to really enjoy their jobs. Terell was a very nice guy. He came into my home with the upmost respect. He explained everything he was doing and was going to do with my machines. He also cleaned my washer. I wish there was a way I could request him to come and repair any other appliances that I have. I would recommend him to anyone.
