They wore masks as requested. I had one on myself. They called to let me know when they were close by. They were polite and courteous. They were professional and started work immediately. They reported with adequate manpower (2 people) They took the part that was shipped to me with them. They determined that it would not fix my air conditioner problem. They reported to sears customer service that they were unable to find parts that would repair my air conditioner.

Horace "called" several times, which I liked, and inform me of his location - He arrived and provided EXCELLENT service to my Kenmore : ) - Because of my concerns and trepidation, after fixing this "well-on-machine", he allow me put my "mind at ease" by doing a small load.
