Courteous and knowledgeable
The gentleman was friendly and polite as he explained the issues with our LG appliance. He seemed very knowledgeable with troubleshooting with what he described as bad condenser that would to be ordered from the manufacturer since it had a 10 year warranty. He also provided good information on the self diagnosis features.
