Steven was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He worked quickly to fix the problem and even cleaned the mess under the fridge, made by the leak. I started to clean, and am 85 and have difficulty getting on the floor , and in his kindness did it for me. Much gratitude!

Confirm Dishwasher issues
We were informed of time he was coming & he was prompt. He helped confirm that repair of our 13 year old dishwasher would be close to cost of a full replace-ment. We were grateful he answered our many questions about replacing the dishwasher. We would highly recommend this service.

Very knowledgeable
He went above and Beyond looking for the source of our problem. After he found our problem he he went and cleaned out our dishwasher from the junk that was on the inside of the dishwasher. He did not have to do that that was the above and beyond. He can come up to our house and fix our stuff any day he was very quick and knowledgeable.

Repair man was great. He was very pleasant and professional. However, When I was trying to reach a customer service PERSON to find out about my repair appointment it was almost impossible. I called all the phone numbers I could find and sent text messages only to get computer AI responses. The AI responses did not address my issues and it was VERY frustrating. AI is does NOT provide good customer service. You need to bring back REAL PEOPLE. Very disappointed in your customer service.
