Steven is great!
Steven has helped me before and he didn't disappoint. He's professional but personable. One thing I love about him is how he asks me questions, listens to my answers, and starts to problem solve without judging me, explaining things to me along the way. I've had technicians before who were rude about my machine being broken or not being clean or telling me to train my kids better or not let them use the machine. Steven is a kind soul who wants to fix my machine and, if it's something I've done that created the problem, to help me know how not to repeat the mistake without making me feel like an idiot. This time it was my mistake, he told me what the problem was, how he fixed it, used the phrase "and Bob's your uncle" and was so pleased to have been able to get it working before he left that it just made me happy. What a great technician!
