Our technician Phuoc was excellent. He was very professional and an expert at his job. He arrived on time, was personable, explained our dryer's problems to us and then worked expertly to repair the dryer. He also explained the service maintenance plan well. In addition, the payment process went smoothly. All in all, we had a very positive experience with Phuoc as our technician. We would highly recommend him and Sears Appliance Repair to other customers in the future. Many thanks for the great work!

Sears Appliance Repair fixed our KitchenAid dishwasher (not cleaning the top rack dishes) and refrigerator (leak coming from inside near the water filter). The appliances were tested and diagnosed during the first visit. The tech identified the issue with the refrigerator fairly quickly and ordered parts. After running many tests on the dishwasher, the tech told us to change our soap, make sure the filter is clean at all times, run hot water in the kitchen sink before starting the dishwasher cycle, and that newer dishwashers just don't clean as well as old ones (our dishwasher cleaned the dishes well before we started having an issue). After a week of trying all of the above and still having dirty dishes, I asked for a new tech to look at the dishwasher again. The new tech quickly identified that the dishwasher needed a new motor and ordered the part. The motor was installed and the dishwasher works great now. I believe the first tech was trying to rush at the end of the day to get out of our house and did not take the time to diagnose every possible solution for our dishwasher. In the end, our appliances work and we are happy.
