Drew was a good man, however, the app doesn't work at all - three separate times I was offered times that would have been more convenient and waited, and waited...I was offered another time on text, said I had the time but never confirmed. And, oh my, the price - 70 bucks for a part and 300 in labor. Took Drew exactly 17 minutes to install - $300? Drew correctly quoted me for a new gas dryer of around 700. But there are many used gas dryers for between 250-400 online. Likely should have went that way. Drew was great. Two weeks to replace a part that took 1 minutes is crazy and the fee was ridiculous. And, your app is horrible. Drew - 4 stars, Sears one star.
