The guy that came was nice, and professional. He came at the time he said. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix my machine and recommended getting a new one, but he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The technician that came by was very knowledgeable, and did good with diagnostics, but I'm writing this review so people can learn from my experience. He needs to show what people are signing for before he sticks his phone out asking you to sign things. I needed to ask several times to show me what I'm signing for before he finally exited out of the signature page and showed me. He also needed to be reminded that he needs to get my approval before moving forward with the "clean and maintain" service for $50. I paid the extra $50 because it was my fault that I assumed he would've asked me before he would perform the task. but that's something that Sears Appliance Repair should probably talk to all their techs about. Overall though, the tech did a good job diagnosing the issues, and I probably will reach out through Sears again, but there needs to be some quality control and clarity in communication.

I had no issues with the service techs. Professional & knowledgeable. I do have an issue with the type of service I received. I originally bought my washer & dryer with also purchasing the warranty. Never will I again purchase this on any future appliances. I bought the warranty so I would not be without a washer if it did have a mechanical issue. Well…that turned out to be false! I was without a washer for 4 weeks. I had 4 visits from the technicians. They ordered new parts. I understand that. And the parts arrived within several days. But scheduling an appointment was ridiculous! I had to wait for them to return to fix my washer for 10 days! Then when it was supposed to be repaired, it did not run. Once again, I had to wait for someone to return when the part was delivered. The time span between the appointments was uncalled for. You would think I could have been moved up because I had been waiting for it to be fixed! No one gave a rip about me or my problem! Therefore…no warranties will ever be purchased again. The money I spent on the warranty will next time go towards a new machine if it breaks…after 5 years!!

Cannot recommend Sears A&E service repair company what so ever. First off they send or called me 28 times in a five day period to remind me of their appointment, Very irritating Second the tech was rude, nosy and left a mess . I found him looking around in all the areas he could, including looking in kitchen cabinets. He dumped gray water from the dishwasher on the back beck right outside the back door. Simply did not trust the guy at all.
