Technicians have been great. Their scheduling system could use some improvement. Had an issue with our stove. Setup a return visit for technician to install parts after they were shipped to my house. They only give you the option of between 8am-5pm. So we took off work so someone was at the house for the whole day and no one ever showed and no call or text was sent to reschedule. I had to go into their site and change my appointment like it was my fault for the appointment needing to be moved. Then the next available appointment wasn't for another month. It would be great if they could narrow it down to at least half a day rather than an entire day being wasted. Again, the techs have all been great, it's just the fact you have to give an entire day up and no call about needing to reschedule. I get that issues come up but someone knew before 5pm that they weren't going to make it.

Zero stars. This is the 4th time we've had service scheduled. Technician is supposed to call with an expected arrival time. He doesn't. Today, I stayed home to catch him. Not only did he not show up, I received an update that repairs had been completed. I'm paying for a warranty that's worthless, because Sears Home Services can't get it's stuff together. The 1-800 below takes you to an AI attendant who is absolutely no help.

Sears sent the tech out to look at my refrigerator, telling me that he was coming to verify that my unit STILL didn't work, after waiting more than 3 months for a part. However, they neglected to tell the tech that. He showed up at my house, expecting me to have the part to repair my Refrigerator. They also didn't tell him that they no longer even make the parts for this fridge, so it cannot be repaired. They lied to me twice, saying that they would replace the refrigerator, but they will not, they do not do that. They cancelled the original warranty on my unit, after it had to be repaired the first time. By no longer making the parts to repair these appliances, they are failing to stand behind their products, as the law requires them to do. So, the tech was professional, friendly, and put in the middle of a horrible situation, created by SEARS. Sears has given me the most horrible, awful, most rude, most hateful, most untruthful customer experience I have ever had in my life. My next call will be to a lawyer.
