Eric was excellent
Eric had to come out multiple times to troubleshoot source of issues. Had to replace a lot of washing machine parts over multiple weeks. I enjoyed getting to know him. Diligent, friendly, experienced.

Dishwasher Down
Not happy that BO parts kept us without a dishwasher for 13 days. Also surprised he had NO parts on his truck so first appointment was just a fact finding. Could have done that part on the phone I think. Repairman was good and professional. System to report things does not exist. Couldn't find a phone number that you could speak to a human.
