Not fixed
The problem was "diagnosed" by one technician. Another installed the part the first one said was the problem but did not stay to insure the problem was resolved/fixed. It wasn't. $329+ later, still waiting to hear how Sears is going to fix it.

Wrong items replaced. Still have same issues.
Refrigerator compartment was warmer than normal 52* and ice maker was not making much ice. Tech replaced blower motor, temperature sensor, and ice maker. Two weeks later same results.

Washer Repair
He has been to the house 3 times. He has ordered parts 3 times. He has failed to fix my Kenmore washer. He spends hours each time he comes. He does not return phone calls or texts, even though he says he prefers text messages. I get the feeling he is avoiding the appointments. Does he really know what he is doing? My claim was first put in in June?!?

LG washer
Andrew said he was done....set it on the rinse cycle should take about 20 minutes it didn't take that long so I went in there and on the screen is an EE blinking and it won't let me open the door it did empty though I tried to call Andrew and he didn't answer I left him a message hoping he would call and come back.
