This was a second visit, to complete a first repair visit that had to be postponed until the parts arrived. The tech was polite, did his job, showed me what he believed was an underlying issue and left. Painless.

Excellent knowledge and expertise with obvious years of service! He did what seemed to be a thorough / amount of systems checking, definitely next level vs what I've had in the past 3 mo with another service team. Impressed with the prompt arrival & explanation of fridge system easy to understand. I would recommend this to friends and family, 100%! I wish I had your service from the start, it would ha e made my life a lot less complicated, and spent less $$$ on take out for the family during this time of inconvenience.
