Excellent knowledge and expertise with obvious years of service! He did what seemed to be a thorough / amount of systems checking, definitely next level vs what I've had in the past 3 mo with another service team. Impressed with the prompt arrival & explanation of fridge system easy to understand. I would recommend this to friends and family, 100%! I wish I had your service from the start, it would ha e made my life a lot less complicated, and spent less $$$ on take out for the family during this time of inconvenience.

Technicians are great!!!! Your noticing system, confirmation of appointments, inaccurate reporting of parts delivered, and automated phone response are awful…..1 star out of 10!!!! Can not wait until my annual contract expires so I can dump this repair contract!!!!
