Charles was very professional and knowledgeable. My complaint would be the lack in timeliness in getting a technician scheduled to address the problem. Two weeks! That's uncalled for! The tech was greet. Scheduling not so!

Freezer issue
Charles is a diligent worker and although I don't know if my appliance will work until I defrost the unit, I can't say he helped me fix the problem. But he seemed to know what he was doing.
