Dryer repair
Mikala came twice to fix our dryer and we were lucky we had him as our technician. Courteous, hardworking, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and completed the job well. Sears is extremely lucky to have him as one of your technicians.

Yearly maintenance check up.
Lani did an exceptional thorough maintenance check. pulled heavy refrigerator out and checked and vacuumed accumulated dust and grime. Previous maintenance fellows checked temp. Etc., but did not examine tubing and electrical back of refrigerator. Her job exemplifies what a maintenance checkup should be, Kudos to Lani.

Although we had to wait a bit for the parts to arrive, not Chad's fault as it came by mail, we were over all very pleased with the service that we received. Chad was timely, informative, and got the repairs done quickly.
