Refrigerator Problem
Outstanding customer service! Called the number and got an agent on the phone right away, even on a Saturday. Appointment was scheduled for the following Monday, a federal holiday! No runaround… No long wait! Your brand of customer service is hard to come by nowadays. Well done, Sears! The beginning of the service time window was 8am and Norman showed up right at 8am, on the dot! He was very professional and knowledgeable. Problem ended up being with the electrical outlet and he did not find any problems with the refrigerator itself. He also cleaned the dishwasher. Thank you!

LG washing machine
He came with another worker, they took the washing machine apart and installed the parts that arrived prior to the appointment. He worked well with the other worker, and they both knew what they were doing. The washer was put back and tested within about an hour. We were using the washer within 5 minutes from the time they left my house. Excellent.

Eddie C was.a personable and thorough technician
Eddie called in the morning to inform me that he would not be at my home until after lunch because he had a heavy schedule of repairs. I received a text early that said he would be at my home between 9 and 10. He called about 15 minutes before arriving. He did a great job repairing my washing machine. He used the parts mailed to me, but that did not fix my washer. He had to change several other parts before it worked properly. It was lucky that he had the necessary parts in his truck. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to fix their washing machine.

Awesome service guy !!!
Cornelius did a great job on my dryer. After 3 months of waiting for a service call, my tenants complaining, and being bumped off the schedule several times, they finally sent Corn to set thingsstraight. If after 3 months no one showed up, I was ready to cancel my Home Servicecontract.

Dishwasher door spring repair
I think of all the years we've had Sears technicians or appliance repair man. Donald was by far the best one, good conversation very knowledgeable on the repair and the most impressive part was age does not slow this man down. Hope that in the future if something else were to break down that we get Donald again.
