8/31/23 appointment
Richard was very pleasant and professional. Gave us great advice and options regarding our refrigerator. I am very pleased and happy that I signed up for home warranty plan. The call center that signed me up needs help….when I initially scheduled a repair they said "we have an opening for TODAY". The problem was "today" for them was not the same as my "today" due to time zone differences so my initial appointment was for 8/29 which is the day I called. The call centers "today" was actually 8/30 which was the actual date for them. This was my only negative experience.

Annual Inspection Visit
Technician Lance informed us prior to his visit as to his whereabouts and his ETA. This was helpful in that we were provided a 8 AM - 5 PM window. He arrived on time; conducted his inspection and determined that a replacement was in order. He informed his supervisor and advised us to followup with a phone call in two weeks, We've had Lance at previous service calls and always found him to be efficient, personable and professional.

Both my fridge and freezer stopped working over a month ago. The first technician that came told me that there were all these parts that I needed to fix my fridge and the parts came up to 1k under her estimate. So we ordered the parts. Tony came today to install the parts. He checked all the unopened boxes of parts to make sure that none are damaged before he starts. He did a very thorough examination of our fridge/freezer before he was going to install the parts. He discovered that the Freon had a leak in between the walls of the unit, and was completely empty of Freon and there was no way of fixing it. He was so helpful in explaining how to return the parts that we paid for, as well as many recommendations and guidance on which appliance stores to avoid, which ones he recommended, which ones that could not only deliver a new unit, but install it, as well as haul away our current unusable unit. My frustration with not having a working unit after waiting so long was really eased after he took the time to give me his recommendations. I only wish that he was the technician that came the first time! I highly recommend him!

Please let Kaui know he left a drill bit at our house. Kaui did excellent work in repairing the washer. He was very helpful to tell me how to get lint out of the dryer. He helped me to get cups on the bottom of the washer. What I really liked was that he called in the morning to let me know the approximate time he would be at the house in the afternoon.
