Knowledgeable, efficient, and professional! Diagnosed my ice maker issue, informed me of the problem, quoted the repair charges, ordered the part and returned the following day to install the part. Called to let me know her arrival window, arrived as notified, cleaned up after repair was complete, and reset refrigerator/freezer/ice maker controls. If I ever need a refrigerator repair again, I hope she is the technician I get!

Our tech was punctual polite and very helpful- the machine appears not to be worth fixing as the lid locked due to rust and the diagnostics were off -and unable to determine what happened we've decided to replace it. The clothes were stuck in the washer due to locked lid for 4 days he was able to get it open and drained the washer before helping us to move it outside for disposal ( smells)
