The Best
Juuny is the best technician I've encounter from Sears. He an expert in sliding (not rocking) the refrigerator out and do an electrical system analysis of the refrigerator when it died in March last year. The other technician didn't do that who ordered the parts. We had to wait almost 3 months for the board to come in from Korea. So happy to see him around.

Although Junny could not correct the problem I am very satisfied with his work. First he arrived early, then explained well why he could not correct the fridge problem, then gave me good instructions if the problem happens again. Mahalo Junny!
