Jeremiah provided great service by calling ahead to give an estimated time of arrival. I explained to him that the previous appointment no one called to inform me that they weren't coming. I was very upset & disappointed to say the least. He was patient in explaining what was wrong & the part he was replacing. Jeremiah is a great asset to your company, he truly showed the Aloha spirit. Very mysterious problem but Lani n her trainee solved the mystery of the refrigerator that would stop working then 2 Days later would start up again. It was just a little doohickey that was causing the problem. Hooray

Excellent service
Norman was very courteous and helpful. Explained the charges and helped me understand what the problem was with the billing and the what the cause may have been on the previous appointment time when no service tech came and no notification of why I had to reschedule the appointment.
