Great technician

I have a lemon washing machine that should have already been replaced by Sears Home Warranty. Your call center sucks. Matthew has always been professional and accurate. He deserves a raise. In fact, we have seen Matthew so often; we invited him for Thanksgiving. Dont forget the rolls.
