LG Fridge warranty repair
The work from Lito was top notch. He was courteous, professional and efficient with his work. The overall process with Sears was less than satisfactory, but that should not reflect on Lito and his work.

Lighting problem
The solution to our problem took several days to complete, since our first appointment was cancelled on us with no explanation at 3:30 after we had waited since 8 am. Then after the 2nd appointment parts had to be ordered even though in an effort to save time, I attempted to indicate beforehand what the problem was but was unable to speak with a LIVE person. Once the problem was verified and the parts ordered and received , the solution to the issue was quick and the repairman was in and out in a matter of minutes. Overall a very frustrating experience.
